Join us as we flow in love!
This class is dedicated to hip and heart opening asanas (poses). Different than your traditional yoga class, we will work asanas on a individual level. Your instructor will demonstrate the correct form of the asana and allow you to work thru the asana as you and the girls sip on the finest of wine!
This is the class if you are really interested in learning yoga form.
Pre & Post Meditation with each class.
